A landing page theme is a special type of WordPress theme, designed for only one purpose: to make people take action on your site.
You can, for example, use a landing page theme to build a lead generation website where you convert visitors into email list subscribers. Or to promote your product launch. Or to sell your course.
Landing pages are a mandatory part of every successful online business because in order to make money from your website you need your visitors take action on your offers.
Luckily, you don't have to be a coder to build a great squeeze page and add it to your WordPress site. You can leverage pre-designed landing page themes for WordPress.
In this post, I want to give you an overview of 16 landing page themes that help you build amazing landing pages with WordPress, even if you can barely login to your WordPress site.
The Convertible theme is interesting because it allows you to create great looking landing pages and squeeze pages in WordPress. Since it's developed by Elegant Themes, you can be sure that it's easy to use and well coded.
OptimizePress is a WordPress theme and plugin that you can use to build individual looking squeeze pages, sales pages, and overall your entire funnel. You can use it as a theme or - if you want to keep your existing theme - as a plugin.
It comes with all kinds of pre-designed templates you can use for building your WordPress squeeze page.
Since you can build so many different types of pages with WordPress, I don't link to any specific examples here. Instead, I'd like to say that I'm recommending OptimizePress as the "WordPress theme to use" in my coaching program WP Mastery.
Inside WP Mastery, I'm teaching how to use OptimizePress to build entire websites, squeeze pages, and sales funnels. Since OptimizePress also comes with a membership plugin you can use to sell digital products, it's a powerful extension for WordPress!

The Dikka theme comes with several amazing looking layouts, one of which being a landing page for app developers and software companies.
What I love most about the app landing page theme is its simplicity and beauty. Above the fold, you don't have a menu so that the user's attention is immediately directed to the headlines, the app screenshots, and the call to action.
On scrolling down a navigation appears to make using the site simpler. It's one of the most beautiful landing page themes for WordPress I came across.

It's coded very well, the quality is checked by professional developers from Envato. This theme comes with a prominent slider above the fold that lets you highlight the most important features of your app and place specific call to actions on each slide.
Below the slider, you can see that the theme is divided into sections. You can use these sections to showcase and demonstrate app features and give more relevant information to your visitors.

What you can't see on the screenshot is, that Landlr actually has an animated background above the fold. The universe turns slightly, which makes this landing page look quite unique - and lets your product truly shine.
Landlr is designed very flat and comes with some nice animations to drive the visitor's attention to the most important pieces of copy or graphics.

Every section of the theme is animated beautifully (my screen capture tool didn't quite get those animations, but you'll see them on the live demo).
This theme comes, like most others in this selection, with a set of predefined backgrounds and designs you can choose from. You can make this theme look totally unique, even if you're not a coder.
